1. Can I pay by cash on delivery?

Sorry, we currently do not offer this option.

2. Do you have a brick-and-mortar store?

We don't have a brick-and-mortar store, the address listed in the contacts is only the company headquarters.

3. How can I exchange or return goods?

Exchange of goods:

Did you choose the wrong size or want a different color? No problem, the order can be changed, just continue according to the instructions. Email us at info@ bobus.cz with the order number. You will be contacted by our sales department and we will agree on the next course of action. ATTENTION! You can exchange undamaged and clean goods within 14 days from the day of delivery.

Complaint:

Was there a defect in the product? We are very sorry, we will do everything to ensure that the complaint procedure goes smoothly and as quickly as possible. Just fill out the complaint form ( here ) and send it to us info@ bobus.cz . We will contact you shortly and agree on the next course of action.

Returning goods:

Did you receive the product, but it looks different from the photo or doesn't suit you? The order can be returned, just send the completed contract withdrawal form ( here ) to your email info@ bobus.cz . Send the undamaged and clean goods back to the address given on the cancellation form.
You will receive the money for your goods within 5 working days of the delivery of the returned goods.

You can inform us about the exchange or return of goods within 14 days from the date of delivery. Return the goods to us undamaged in the original packaging.

4. Who will I deal with when handling complaints or returning goods?

Although we try our best to avoid these cases, it sometimes happens that you are not satisfied with the delivered goods or you change your mind about the purchase. However, you will communicate with us the entire time and you will return the goods to us (in the Czech Republic) to the address indicated in the form for withdrawal from the contract.

5. Who pays the costs associated with returning goods?

The costs associated with returning the goods to us are paid by the customer. You can find more information in our Business Terms and Conditions here ( Clause 8. Withdrawal from the contract ).

6. Where do the goods come from?

We work with manufacturers around the world to ensure great price and quality.

7. What about customs requirements for goods that arrive from external warehouses from abroad?

All fees and, as of 2021, VAT are always properly paid by us and can be documented by an invoice, which we keep not only for accounting purposes! If there is a customs clearance of the shipment, after forwarding the data from you, we will handle everything for you. For 99% of shipments, we additionally pay for registered shipping (that's why you also pay for shipping), and thus the shipments are already cleared in advance in one of the EU countries through which the shipment travels. Buying from us is administratively worry-free for you!
